Castle Veterinary Centre continues to offer veterinary advice & care for pets within an environment that is safe for clients, their animals & our staff. Post Covid, we no longer require clients to wear face masks on our premises. However, if you would prefer staff to wear a mask during your consultation please let us know at reception on arrival.
If you are suffering from any potentially contagious respiratory infection we would kindly ask that you wear a mask for the safety of everyone - one can be provided free of charge if required.

Hand Sanitiser
In order to help us minimise the risk of cross infection, please ensure that hand sanitiser is used each time you enter the practice.
We have a hand pump on our reception desk for client use, however, as a high volume touch point, the pump head, bottle and surrounding desk area is cleaned and disinfected in between each client as part of our bio-security protocols.
